I was once asked, "what will be my greatest challenge in my first two weeks of work". I thought that was an excellent question and wrote it down for future reference - for myself!
One of the questions in this article asks about training and development opportunities. This is another great question, especially in the library world where you will never stop learning and you want to ensure that your employer will be supportive of your training needs! Obviously it is important to work for a library that believes in learning when you are in the business of learning!
