Little known feature in the Microsoft suite of products - if you double click on the format painter in the ribbon, you can change the format of more than one item, just keep selecting the desired text to change. Escape or double click again once you are done making the edits. Truly a game changer.
Also discovered yesterday that Zoom has an enhance your appearance option! Hilarious! Found in the options beside video in the bottom left hand corner of the meeting screen. Appears as an option. Softens the lighting. Years quickly vanished. Love it! My new favourite feature.
