Wikis

I have used Wikispaces as a collaborative tool in the past. I prefer the layout of that Wiki to the one provided by the University as you can set up multiple pages and personalize the format. The only deterrent to Wikispaces is the fact that you need to register for an account in order to use the site.

Wikipedia is a wonderful resource to quickly check a fact or learn something new, but because of the collaborative nature can you trust the information or the resource? This is an interesting conundrum brought about by web 2.0 functionality!
