This strikes me as a fairly similar tool to mapping points with Google. I do like the additional options that are available to you such as personalizing your map with pictures, descriptions of points, or fun icons (Arlie has restaurant icons on her map and it really looks cool - I haven't figure out how to do that yet!).
I choose to map our daily driving routine from home, to work, to daycare, to Lakeridge School and then back home utilizing Community Walk. My poor husband does that circle twice a day! And to think that I used to walk from my bedroom to my office and I would be at work!!!!
I then used Google maps to chart our trip to Calgary this evening. I used to live in Red Deer, so the last time I drove to Calgary from Saskatoon, I used the short cut to Red Deer instead of Calgary. That was a horrible trip as it was the middle of the summer, it was very hot outside and we had two babies in the car. My "shortcut" added hours onto our trip. Needless to say - I thought I better be more organized this time and take the right shortcut!!!
